Arbitration board from 01.01.2024

The term of office of our Justices of the Peace Ms. Lüttge and Mr. Röber ended on 31.12.2022. Unfortunately, the town of Johanngeorgenstadt tried in vain for a long time to find an adequate replacement for this office. Together with the municipality of Breitenbrunn, a special-purpose agreement was concluded on 23.10.2023 to transfer the tasks in accordance with Section 2 (1) of the Saxon Arbitration and Conciliation Act to the large district town of Schwarzenberg as of 01.01.2024.

The arbitration board in Johanngeorgenstadt will therefore be dissolved on 31.12.2023. The seat of the arbitration board will be in the town of Schwarzenberg from 01.01.2024. The office hours of the justice of the peace and the arbitration hearings will take place there in future.
