Kammloipe, Butterweg rest area / middle wing
The webcam is located at the Butterweg / Mittelflügel junction between Johanngeorgenstadt and Weitersglashütte, a popular resting place on the Kammloipe.
Altitude of the site: 950 m above sea level
The "Iron Gate" border crossing is approx. 500 m away. This is where the "Karlsroute", a popular cycle path, crosses. To the right, you reach the Sauschwemme via the middle wing and continue to the Auersberg and left via the Butterweg to Johanngeorgenstadt.
