Circular hike "To the Auersberg"

The starting point for this loop hike is the parking lot across from the Steinbach Guesthouse and Restaurant in the district of the same name.

Coming from the parking lot, follow the path parallel to the road in the direction of the "Sauschwemme" inn. Shortly after leaving the village, cross Eibenstocker Straße (watch out for vehicles). Opposite, the path continues to the Sauschwemme district. If you want to stop off at the "Sauschwemme" inn, turn left here. Turn right and follow the markings to reach the "Kleiner Stern". Now follow the mountain footpath in the direction of the "Großer Stern" and continue along the circular hiking trail up to the Auersberg. The way back is via the middle wing, Sauschwemme district in the direction of Johanngeorgenstadt to the starting point of the hike.
