EURORANDO 2026

From 20 to 27 September 2026, the Ore Mountains will become the center for European hiking and nature fans: EURORANDO 2026 invites hiking enthusiasts from all over Europe to the fascinating natural and cultural landscape of the UNESCO World Heritage Ore Mountains/Krušnohoří region. For the first time, the event is taking place across borders and brings together the most beautiful hiking trails on both sides of the German-Czech border.
The picturesque Fichtelberg and Keilberg region in the heart of Europe expects around 7,000 overnight guests from around 15 European countries as well as numerous day visitors. They can choose from more than 50 guided and individual hikes on which they can discover the extraordinary nature, history and culture of the region. From leisurely strolls and themed routes to challenging long-distance hikes, everyone will find their dream tour.
A special highlight will be the opening of the "Stoneman Hike" - a challenging hiking and trail running route that is unique in Germany.
The supporting program reflects the vibrant culture and tradition of the region: exhibitions, concerts and a market with regional products offer ample opportunity to enjoy the Ore Mountains with all your senses. The festive finale will be crowned by a grand parade from Boží Dar to Oberwiesenthal on September 26, 2026.
