Tax and Enforcement Clerk (m/f/d)
The position to be filled is a permanent part-time position (30-32 hours/week) in pay group 6 according to the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD).
The area of responsibility includes:
- Processing and management of tax files: Property, trade, dog and amusement tax
- Review and incorporation of all tax assessment notices
- Determination of the tax assessment notices
- Interest processing
- Guest tax - Issue of notification of flat-rate guest tax
- Processing of applications for suspension of enforcement, deferral, write-off and remission
- Processing of objections under tax law and preparation for submission to the objection authority
- Dunning and initiation of enforcement, enforcement measures
- Registration of claims for insolvency proceedings, forced sale proceedings, forced administration
- Registration of insolvency claims and entry of claims in the land register
- Processing and monitoring requests for administrative assistance / enforcement requests
- Collaboration in the processing of bylaws on the levying of municipal charges

You have the following qualifications:
- Degree as administrative assistant or employee course I, tax clerk or comparable knowledge
- Working with Microsoft Office programs
- Special knowledge in the field of taxes and finance as well as knowledge in the field of municipal budgeting and handling of specialist programs for budgeting and accounting H2R as well as enforcement and receivables management avviso (not a prerequisite)
- Trustworthiness, accuracy, reliability, flexibility and discretion
- Assertiveness and positive conflict resolution
- Responsible and structured way of working
- Friendly, confident demeanor
- Willingness to participate in further education and training measures
